It feels forced. Glad to see someone try it though. I had the same idea when I first saw the TMZ show but know it wouldn't fit our brand of audience. Definitely works better for a fox station or CW.
Also... I'd like to work in a newsroom where the anchors even come to the assignment meetings.

I think it could work if the content was better. That's the problem with this one. Duh, dollar beers = public intoxication. And I agree with Paul, good for them for trying something different.
It looks like someone vomited snap zooms.
I don't think TMZ even has that many snap zooms.Also this goes back to a good question, "behind the scenes and the gathering of news isn't as interesting to viewers as you think it is."
