Call Kurtis: Mistaken Identity
Check out this new promo from my coworker Paul Kramer. The story is about a guy who keeps getting mistaken for a bad guy. So Paul got the actual guy to star in this film noir spot.

The concept scores big points for originality, but I hate to say it: I'm left with the impression the story's staged.
It is odd that the guy is willing to act in the promo for his own story. The "caper" feel takes away the seriousness of the problem for me and therefore...any reason to watch.

This is awesome! Nice work. Fun spot. Entertaining and it breaks through the clutter of traditional news.
I don't have a problem with it being staged. Nice production! Very original and stylish. I dug the Sin City look!
