Great production, good Emmy entry. I have two questions I'd love to hear the answers.
1. Is there research that says folks want to watch local news for stories that are not local (a cross state lines)?
2. Has anyone who's used the all styled text with no voice over concept and got viewer feedback? I see it used a lot and like it, but wonder if folks at home are actually reading the TV and getting the message. I've always been fearful of the "if i wanted to read, i would buy the paper" response.

Mysterious, like that new Burger King Breakfast menu. You know you're curious, and can't help want to try it out, just once! (you swear)
Very nice. It has this fun yet classy feel to it. The type treatment looks nice too.
Love it. Original and intriguing with a clean and gritty look at the same time.
Absolutely love this promo. The shooting, treatment, and music all rock.. BUT..
Do I really believe a local news station will be able to deliver the dramatic, compelling story-telling this is setting up..? Do You?
The promo did it's job, I'm in the door.. Let's hope the content delivers.
Well done.
Nicely done. I'm guessing the producer got a great piece of music and built this spot around it. Give this producer an Emmy!
Our news team is going to go outside to cover the news. How original. I wish the rest of us had thought of that. But...kudos to the production value.

Has some beautiful elements! Needs a tad of V.O. -- too many great pics combined with text. Who wants to read when the pics are so good??
