I've got to be honest: I'd probably like these more if I didn't have the old WCCO "coffee talk" talent spots as a baseline to work off of.
This spot's okay if it was done in a pinch to fill time, but the last thing I want to hear from an anchor is "we have chemistry!". If it's really there, let it shine through on its own.
I concur. And they're telling me what I should get out of their news? Please tell me what I should have for breakfast and which car I can drive. I can't think for myself.
