This looks a lot like it could be built off a VideoHive template. Sadly, it seems WBZ is using more and more of those in their promos these days.
That said, it's a unique way to push arguably the second biggest story the Boston stations will cover this year, especially given that there is NO footage of Whitey Bulger to be had anywhere.
