WRAL Life Lived Fully

A nice pace and feel from this WRAL spot:

Here is the thing...We are all guilty at one time or another but when you have staged talent lines it comes across as insincere to the viewers. They might not know why but the feeling that this is staged and fake leaves your viewers with an icky vibe that you do not want. I am sure you could roll on a cast with your "5D gear" (see job listing above)and catch a moment that is natural and real. Plus your very nicely shot stock looking video also come across fake and staged. Be real promo people! It's possible.

Being honest here: There's something that really creeps me out about the spots WRAL's been churning out lately. From topicals to image, they're really nicely shot, but try as they might they just don't seem to connect with me emotionally on any level.

I think its classic RAL work.
I'm not from the market, but it is interesting to see how their production value and messaging have stayed consistent and modern for so long. Also, this is Raleigh- something tells me this sort of thing plays well for their target audience. That doesn't make it fun to watch as local news promo junkees on this site... but we're not the ones tasked with earning money for capitol broadcasting.

I second this comment "but when you have staged talent lines it comes across as insincere to the viewers."
