I love the graphics of this spot, but the way it was written seems like, "Hey! Apparently our weather sucked. We'll now we're trying." It just kept hammering that their weather wasn't accurate and people hated it. With just a change of phrasing, it could have been that people are sick of forecasts not being accurate (general) and that theirs are guaranteed (specific). Better to be general about the bad part and specific about the good.
