Whoa... KNBC is what market?
That was really bad. The shot of the water fountain means what exactly? Everyone knows how much news those water fountains generate.

I had to watch again to make sure I really saw a drinking fountain. Was it part of some big investigation that no one remembers except the news folks?Oh, and the promo was frightening.
WTF? Just WTF.
OK... where's MY job in L.A.??? If creating something like this is all it takes I'm about a hundred markets lower than I could be right now!

Good call on the water fountain... I think that's the best spot i've ever seen starring a water fountain.
Now that you've brought it up - this spot does make me thirsty.
We all did this promo... about ten years ago. By the way, the last time I checked, KABC had the most watched newscast in Los Angeles. (For the last eight years.) Anyone can call themselves a "leader".
I'm just waiting for a "we're 1st in something" tagline
You could put any station's people and logo on that spot and the message would still come out the same - - - "Who cares?"
