Cable Companies: TV Promos Should Stay Loud







SHOULD PROMOS BE EXEMPT FROM LIMITS ON HOW LOUD TV COMMERCIALS SHOULD BE?

Cable companies are making the argument that promos should be held to different standards than regular ads -- but will anyone buy it?
