In the 'For What it's Worth' column: make sure your call letters and channel number are prominent in these. Most of us are in diary markets, and the real reason for these POPs is to get people to write you down. Also, start running them as early as the final Monday of the book, and don't kill them before the following Sunday, after the books have to be mailed back. I think PPM markets are the only ones who don't have to worry about that anymore.

Bonus if you're in a metered market, you can check to see which stories had the biggest spikes for you, and only include those stories...the ones people remember.
