Uggg... While I agree with the sentiments, it seems like a waste of a spot.
We spend too much time telling people what they already think or know. They think and know our weather system names are stupid.
If they were personally purchasing the technology, like a pentium processor, they would care. They just want the weather. Shut up already and get it right.
Cute idea & the actors pulled it off. I agree that they should've stopped the naming sooner & given more time for the "real message." I also think it would have been cool to have that meteorologist in the meeting the whole time, getting frustrated & finally interrupting...that is, if the met could pull that off!
I think it's funny, but I'm a promo guy. Everyone seems to be making fun of weather brands, especially Fox stations or those who are not the weather leader. So maybe the viewers like it too, even thought they've never sat in a meeting like that.
My question is the music at the end. Did they get rights to use that cut?
I work across town, and like some of the creative these guys are putting on. It's not quite hitting on all cylinders yet, but it's a step in the right direction.

WOW, someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
The spot is cute however the end is so quick and the message has no time to connect.
I think this was more of a stab at the leading station in that market, which has a big brand on their weather coverage...
The message was a little rushed, but the actors were great.
I liked it. The first poster obviously doesn't get it, and perhaps should try a career in collections.
I agree with anonymous, as I find anonymous' comments completely off-base.
