Good Day Halloween

I'm excited to share this piece of creative that came out of my department here in Sacramento.

Actually, it came out of one genius of a man - Mike Wiebe, our senior producer.

He did everything on this project -- from the script, to the drawing and animation to the scoring/sound effects.

My job was to get out of his way and let him do what he does best!

It was an overwhelming hit with the viewers.  It was something they really connected with.

I hope you enjoy!

This is a brilliant idea and it looks awesome. What software did you guys use for the artwork and animation?

Thanks for the compliment.

Everything was done in After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Who was the older woman reveal at the end?

The woman at the end is Eleanor - our station receptionist.

She has been featured for years on Good Day and is well known to the audience.

A wonderful woman -- who doesn't like meddling kids. :)
