I think there is a really good concept and promo within this promo. It's not there yet. It's like Michelangelo said about a block of marble. You just have to chip away the parts that aren't the statue and reveal it. There's a seed of a good idea here with the eyewitness...bear witness.. that kind of thing, but it needs to include the viewer more rather than a horn toot. it needs to be more arty and powerful. It could really make an impact that way.
