You produce smashing spots in record time, make magic with the camera, design and animate your own graphics or direct a designer to expand your vision. We’re looking for a Senior Promotion Producer to lead the day-to-day news promotion effort on TV, web and mobile, serve as chief liaison with the News department to choose, plot and promote special reports, produce daily news spots and other marketing as assigned, work with the On-Air Promotion Manager and Creative Director on strategy and tactics.   Many people in the industry call WRAL the best local station in America. IMPORTANT: A minimum of five years television promotion experience with a heavy emphasis on News required.

The successful candidate must be a hands on producer, writer, videographer, and editor and have strong examples of using social media for audience engagement. Experience with multiplatform producing, integrated marketing using web and mobile desired. Strong writing skills are mandatory; experience with Final Cut Pro, AfterEffects, Photoshop, and Motion software preferred.
