Great visuals on the pollen spot.

Simple.

Clean.

Clever.

Cheers :)

I liked the pollen spot a lot but think there could have been more variety. Something else besides the car might have been nice - some more creative ways to get across the same message. And then gone back to the car.
Digital afterlife - who cares?
Best ways to sell stuff is okay, but is longer than it needs to be. Maybe they should have broken up the monotony by showing him actually jamming stuff into the garage.
Overall, very creative ideas.Execution-wise, a little tweak here and there would have added a bit.

Hey, this is Jay from WRAL. Thanks for the comments so far. I agree the execution can be better. Unfortunately these are quick turns, no excuse really, but there it is.

I like the idea of the guy cramming stuff into his garage. That would have helped it, as the spot drags slightly.

Keep the comments coming please, good and bad...

Jay --

Cool and creative. What did you use to create your pollen dust? How much time do you usually get to work on spots? And how often are your CSD and ND open to spots without a traditional voice over?

thanks and keep up the good work.

This is Jay again...

That's real pollen. We used a stencil and brushes to put our logo on a car hood.

These are all day turns. I usually write in the morning (if I write, haha) and shoot and edit for an evening air slot. The spot will run the night before and throughout the next day (tom/ton versions)

I work in a great shop. We have no steadfast rules about the VO guy. As long as the work is good, we can get the message across in any fashion we like. (vo guy/anchor interaction/visuals only, etc)

Love the pollen spot, and the digital afterlife.

The pothole spot kind of seemed to give away everything.

I love the visual style. My only thought is they might be stronger as :20s or even :15s? But great spots.
